Fiesta 1.25 zetech on 13 plate. Occasionally difficulty in engaging 1st and reverse. Clutch biting point suddenly becomes much lower. Clutch has been replaced but still having same fault

Could be a hydraulic fault . Check clutch fluid level and check for any signs of fluid leakage at master cylinder , usually up at pedals .If all ok , may be a faulty clutch , there are a lot of cheap ( usually foreign ) rubbish parts about May be a clutch cover / diaphragm or bearing failure

No loss of fluid.
But will have to have other options looked at

Could try bleeding the clutch but does look like internal
with sudden drop Sometimes the clutch centre plate can drag on spigot shaft spines
