Ford Fiesta oil life display not showing any number on dash computer 2019 fiesta

on the computer display unit there should show what percentage oil life is at , but there is nothing displaying ford garage said it is working perfectly despite me standing with mechanic and showing him, he said No it works when they checked it ??

Are you checking it correctly ? Did it operate o.k with the mechanic when he checked it with you there ?
