Ford Fiesta clicking sond drivers side when accelerating

Clicking sound on acceleration battery light stays on had new battery new belt and had power check done for charging system seems ok

Load test new battery and alternator .Worn driveshaft c/v joint will cause clicking but many other possible causes , really need to hear noise .

Pull the smaller wire off the alternator and see what the light does.
Ground the wire on engine metal and the light "should" go off.
Does it?

Some people refer to engine pinking as clicking noise .
