Ford Fiesta car wont start

Car: Ford Fiesta
Model Year: 2003
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Hi,

I tried starting car after 3 weeks and somehow it is not starting.

I initially thought it is battery problem so I tried jumpstarting it by connecting it with another car but looks like battery is not the problem. Wiper and horn are also working so battery seems to be fine.

I have noticed that the gear box sign does not show "N" when I try to start the car. Also, I am not able to press the breaks easily.

I have uploaded image of the dashboard:

Any help or suggestion would really be helpful.

Thank you

Wipers and horn working is not a valid test,
the draw so little from the battery compared to the starter.
"N" MUST be showing for the safety systems to allow it to crank over so no "N "means no start whatever the batter state.
Either fully charge it on a charger or buy a new battery.
Today's cars are so dependent on good fully charged battery's that it's my normal first test.

I have a 1.4 fiesta durashift so semi auto and it flashes that it's in 4th when it's sat in nutral so the car won't start or turn over check the fuses and all seam to be fine but can't find the fuse box by the battery in the engine bay. Anything anyone can surgest I try as I've tried to reset the ecu by unplugging it and plugging it back in
