Ford Fiesta brakes making a grinding noise

Car: Ford Fiesta
Variant: 1.25 Style
Model Year: 2006
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
I noticed the brakes were making a grinding noise when i was about to stop it seemed worse when putting the clutch down. I took it to a garage and they said they couldn't find anything wrong but they had cleaned the brakes. For about a week after they were fine but it has now returned.
I have also noticed that when its stopped at lights with the brake and clutch down i can feel something like a jump or bubbling on the pedals and the rev increases slightly but there are no problems when its driving.

It could be disc run out, take the car to a trusted garage and have them check the brake discs arn't warped due to overheating.
