Ford Fiesta heater not blowing hot

Car: Ford Fiesta
Variant: 1.3
Model Year: 2002
Categories: Leaks & Noises
Just had radiator and heater matrix flushed and they are fine. When engine is running temperature is normal and all pipes including both heater pipes are hot. Heater blower works at all speeds but will not blow hot

Do these have a heater control valve, if so check it is not stuck.

Apparently not on this model, unless there is one inside the car. I have read through the Haynes manual and it doesn't mention this valve

if this is the older model as it could well be the heater control valves are fitted to the left side as the hoses pass through the bulk haed area, common faults

If the two hoses that pass through the bulkhead into matrix are hot it cant be heater control valve . There must be a flap inside heater box not operating (hot/cold flap ).You might be able to see from footwell what operates it and move it by hand as a temp measure .
