Ford Fiesta car won't turn over

Car: Ford Fiesta
Variant: 1.3 finesse
Model Year: 2000
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
My engine is letting in too much fuel and flooding the engine.

When I take out the fuse to the fuel pump and turn the key a few times the engine turns over then runs out of fuel. But when I put the fuse back in and turn the key for the first time the engine floods with petrol. And same process over again.

How do I stop this from happening.???

If you take the fuel pump fuse out the engine WILL stop due to lack of fuel as normal .How do you know the " engine floods with petrol" ? Is there a leak or are the plugs wet ?Could try changing the engine coolant temp sensor which lets the ECU know how much fuel engine needs .
