Ford Escort front wheel hub

i think my front wheel bearing is damaged,but i have got a second hand hub with the bearings.is it easy to remove the existing hub and replace it with my second hand unit.

Yes it is, if you've got the right tools..

Spanners to remove stub axle from strut, large socket to remove hub nut, ball joint splitter etc...

And don't forget axle stands, a jack, WD-40....

really easy but i dont understand why you have got a second hand hub when all you need is the bearing and you have still got to strip the hub on the car down to replace with the new one but you will need to loosen the centre nut first then jack the car up remove the wheel then remove the pinch bolt and also remove the nut that holds the track rod end then you will need a ball joint splitter to split the trrack rod end and the lower ball joint and then you will have full access to the hub and bearings to replace the refit in reverse
