Ford C-MAX no air con and entertainment unit(cd/radio etc)not working

Variant: zetec
Model Year: 2012

radio was working fine,turned the engine off.Restarted and the radio didn't work. air con hasn't work since i bought the car the garage is looking in to it

So many different possible causes , you could check the various fuses but better leaving to them to fix
