On start up of C-Max 2008, loud knocking noise from drive side of engine. Gets louder when starting to drive. Could be one of the drivebelt sprockets worn.

Could be water pump ,timing belt tensioner to name two possible causes of many but needs checked ASAP before damage occurs or engine failure
