Ford B-MAX heaters blowing cold when on hot

trying to de-frost windows, heaters on full but blowing cold air. never warms up

If your thermostat is stuck open engine will run cold . You will need to check if the two hoses going through the bulkhead into heater matrix are hot or not when engine at working temp .
