Fiat Punto sidelights

Car: Fiat Punto
Variant: 1.2 elx
Model Year: 2001
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
Hi I've a problem with one of the side lights on my punto. One works fine (drivers side) but the other one isn't. I've changed the bulb, and even swapped bulbs to test that the new one works, but nothing. There looks like a bit of corrosion to the connector (greenish colour) but cleaned this and still nothing. I was told its possible its a earth problem, any ideas please, and where would I find this earth?? Thanks......

have you checked the fuses as a lot of cars use seperate fuses for each side of the car

Many thanks for your reply.I've tried to locate the fuse from the owner's handbook, but can't find a fuse for the sidelights.I've tried left hand dipped beam, but this is just for the headlight.I also noticed the tail light was on at this time, but can't find in the book a fuse for this also. The car in the garage next week so will ask them to give it a quick look over.Once again thanks for your reply and help.......
