Fiat Panda gear box noise

Car: Fiat Panda
Variant: POP 1.2 8V
Model Year: 2015
Categories: Gearbox & ClutchEngine & Drivetrain
I have just had the car serviced. Now, on deceleration, I get a noise for several seconds like someone poking a piece of cardboard into the spokes of a bicycle wheel. It does not matter what gear I am in or if the clutch is pressed or not. Accelerating or driving at a constant speed gives no problems. The noise occurs when lifting off the power so the road wheels start driving the gear box rather than the engine. Any ideas ?

If the noise was not there prior to the service , return to whoever done the work for checking .
" so the road wheels start driving the gear box rather than the engine "
The road wheels do not drive the gearbox , the transmission drives the wheels
