Tough to diagnose at a distance.
But,
Check the left wheel for free turning and wheel bearing play.
Track rod end and inner track arm ball joint where it enters the rack.
I've also seen this with a worn C/V joint,
And a faulty gearbox differential.
Least likely.
The vehicle slowing down and getting worse is interesting.
That does sound friction related so I'm leaning towards a brake fault like a warped disk,
A notched wheel bearing or faulty C/V joint.
Something is giving increased friction.
I had something similar in last week,
no detectable play in the wheel bearing but an intermittent drone.
After removing the bearing I discovered ONE ball bearing was chipped only.
But it was enough.
Sometimes it's difficult to find.
