Fiat Doblo up and down revs

the revs on my doblo go up and down and on the tick over the engine cuts out and the engine magement light comes on. I found a little pipe on the floor, I presume it belongs to a vacuum, as I was cleaning inside the engine bay it might have fallen out. I dont know where this pipe goes back to, can anyone please tell me where it goes? Its a small rubber pipe. Also my fan heater doesnt work at all, I checked the fuses which are ok in the engine bay, all the contacts are ok, any idea? regards, tony.

As for the pipe, you will need to look around the air intake and also surrounding areas and you should find where the pipe goes. This should sort out the tick over. As for the fan not working, try changing the thermo switch, usually found on the side of the radiator.

i find the problem....the pipe was from the power stearing resevoir...i put it back,and runs perfect....

Sorry folks, the problem is still on. Any idea to sort this problem out on the fiat doblo 1.9 diesel non turbo?
