Fiat 500 clutch not working

Clutch started squeaking yesterday whenever it was used; today it's given up the ghost completely and appears to have locked up.
Any ideas what's wrong with it, or how much/long it would take to fix?

you are going to need a replacement clutch kit done by either a clutch centre or a garage you use as for price i would say you should see change out of £200 mark max but this is only a rough estimate as not done one for a while
