Daewoo Korando automatic gearbox only goes up to 3rd??

Automatic gearbox only seems to go up to 3rd gear and very rarely up to 4th, in sports mode you can hear the gears change better, it,s a sealed box apparently and so can,t check the oil level, any idea??
