Citroen Xsara Picasso where is the external temperature sensor?

Car: Citroen Xsara Picasso
Variant: 2.0 HDI
Model Year: 2002
Can't find the external temperature sensor. It stopped working. Can anybody help where this sensor is?

Usually situated behind the front bumper. Maybe on the left hand side of car!!!.

Normally on that car it's in the nearside door mirror .

Okay! I found it for sure! Is in the right hand side mirror. If you check the bottom of the mirror case you'll see a small bump. That is the head of the sensor.

Similar problem was always reading risk of ice and was told it needed replacing but by chance found that the connection on the inside of n/s door where loom connects the plastic cap that fits to door was loose gave it a quarter turn and has been fine since.

Hi Guys'
I am a newbie, and I have read the posted Q/A's regarding the outside temp sensor, mine is reading 37 deg, I have looked at the loom connection on the inside of the passenger door, I have tried to disconnect it but I'm scared that I will break it. Does it have a locking devise (the yellow marks) or does it just pull out.
