Citroen Xsara Picasso dash lights out

This morning my lights went out on the left hand side of the dash so I had no fuel gauge , speedo etc. I changed the bulb and it now works but the right hand side of the dash information is now reading all gobbledygook. Any ideas what I have done wrong.

check thst you havent damaged the connector pins in the wiring sockets on the dash they are easily bent/broken
