Citroen Xsara Picasso rear wiper problem

Rear wiper activates on its own. Even with the motor unplugged. I know the wiper is meant to activate with the front wiper on but it's doing it even when they ain't on. I can hard the BSI under the dash clicking even though the motor is not plugged in.

How can any wiper motor operate if unplugged and not getting current ?
