Citroen Xsara Picasso lights won't turn off!

Hi I have a xsara picasso now when I turn the lights stick the lights won't turn off at all they all change from dipped to main to full beam but just won't turn off when I try even when I take my keys out and lock the car.
this has resulted in a dead battery.
what can I do?

Get the "COMMS" unit scanned for fault codes.

Pull the wiring plug from light switch and see if that works .If so , duff switch .
