Citroen Xsara Picasso interior air con- heating display not working

My interior temp display has totally faded out. In daylight if the sun is hitting display at right angle I can just about make out what blowers/ temp/ angle things are set at......but night time it's pure guess work.
Is there a easy fix or is it a dealer visit?

Possibly just bulbs ?
