Citroen Xsara Picasso blower and air con switch not working

The heater blower and air con Switch wont work they both went at the same time,can anyone help.

the ac switch needs the blower to work before it will work, so forget the ac it will work when blower fixed.
the motor is under the glove box 3 screws. remove it check it turns (not blocked with leaves etc)link 12 volts to motor does it turn?
if yes .2 screws holding heater resistor unit does it look burnt?
if yes replace if not check for 12 volts on motor loomb with fan on pos 4 if no check motor fuse. etc etc
