Citroen Xsara Picasso lights

Car: Citroen Xsara Picasso
Variant: 2.0 exclusive
Model Year: 2003
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
hi,
a couple of days ago when i switched my headlights on,they took about 10 seconds to come on.when they did come on the indicators wouldnt work. i thought that i would have a look by removing the steering wheel cowling and the indicators, wiper, cruise control and audio functions are built into one unit. i think this is called the comm unit. now when i put the lights on the main lights stay on main beam and the hazard lights flash and i cant turn them off. am i right in thinking the comm unit has a fault with it?i have had a look on the internet for a replacement but i cannot find one any where.
any help is appreciated on this.
thanks

try disconnecting the small grey connector on the back of the comm then reconnecting it.If this doesnt help then it looks like you do have a fault with the comm
