HI, MY CAR WAS DOING 47MPG NO PROBLEMS, I THEN TOOK IT TO A GARAGE TO HAVE A NEW CLUTCH FITTED
WHEN I GOT IT BACK I NOTICED A FEW PROBLEMS,
AIR BAG LIGHT WAS ON [FAULTY AIR BAG] MY MPG DROPPED TO 34.4 MPG AND MY HORN DOSENT WORK,COULD THIS BE ALL DOWN TO ONE PROBLEM OR COULD IT BE A FEW PROBLEMS, AS FAR AS I KNOW HE AS ONLY DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY,OR WOULD THIS UPSET THE COMPUTER AND MAY NEED RESETTING
THE MPG IS THE BIG PROBLEM AT THE MOMENT,I AM TAKING BACK TO THE GARAGE NEXT WEEK BUT HE IS ONLY INTRESTED IN LOOKIG AT THE AIR BAG FAULT, IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE YOUR COMMENTS BEFORE I DID SO, IT WOULD HELP, MANY THANKS JOHN.

The airbag fault is probably the squib/clock spring between steering wheel and colunm as the horn has gone off they will be related, a simple code read will give an idea what the problem is.
regards to fuel consumption it sounds like something has been left off when they did the work on the car
