Battery warning light flashes on and of also a clicking sound does this not stop as far as i can tell is not the battery connection,s they are tight,any ideas,thanks.

Paddymac. If the car is not starting then it is a flat battery. If the engine is running and it's happening then it could be a weak alternator issue.

THANKS FOR GETTING BACK TO ME THE ENGINE IS RUNNING THE MORE GAS YOU GIVE IT THE MORE IT CLICKS ALSO ELECTRIC BOOT CATCH POPS OPEN.

Sounds like it could be a relay clicking , try and locate for sure .
