Citroen Xsara Picasso steering wheel vibration

Car: Citroen Xsara Picasso
Variant: 1.6 hdi 110
Model Year: 2009
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
I am not a very fast driver but on 2 occasions on the motorway I have experienced steering wheel vibration which starts at 68mph and increases with further acceleration. The car has only covered 15000 miles and has been regularly serviced.
Thinking it could be a wheel balance problem,I had this checked at my local tyre place-balance was fine!! The car is still under warranty but I would like to know if anyone has experienced this problem -before I go back to the main dealer. Many thanks.

Surprised it doesn't do it all the time at that speed . Could try switching back wheels to front and testing car. Only other suggesting would be a possible fault with ABS kicking in but would have thought the dealer would have scanned to check that . If it recurs , keep on at dealer for answer whilst still under warranty .
