Knackered s/absorbers are a good possibility ,get it jacked up and checked out .Check coil springs also .

probably a sphere problem best get it checked at a garage may be hydraulic fluid level too low aswell.

Agreed,
Sphere's,
Part of the suspension system and when they go well it almost looks like a clown car from the rear bouncing all over the road.
And if your interested the only suspension system that goes hard when faulty.

Just an aside , the only car I've ever replaced the spheres on was a Rolls Royce .Hard to believe virtually the same parts used .
