Citroen DS5 van not starting

hi got citroen dispatch 2010 1.6 hdi took kids to scholl in morning ran good was realy wet and raining hard parked up on deive afternoon went out started then stopped right away kept trying to start nothing had just put 15 pounds diesel in that morning no engine lights are on just wont start just recently put a new indicator stalk on it ever sinse thene steer wasent as good as before but that was weeks ago had no problems till now checked with code reader p1000 fuel volume regulator control open and also sayslow code was stored turbocharger/supercharger waste soleniod a code also came up but they have been there sinse i got van not had any problems for 7 months with them no engine light is on i tried clear codes but nothing could it be any of these problems never effected van before like thanks for any help
