Citroen DS4 knocking noise from nsf/front center

Car: Citroen DS4
Variant: 1.6 blue HDI
Model Year: 2017
Categories: Engine & DrivetrainGearbox & ClutchSteering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
I have a knocking from nsf / center of the car. The car knock sounds very much like suspension but isn't apparent all the time. It seems to happen when the engine is loaded ie high gear low speed. I had the knock today on a very even road going in a straight line, as soon as I pressed the clutch, it stopped. I'm thinking it could possibly be big ends or gbox? Does anyone have any info? This is my 2nd ds4 with the exact same problem.

What was the fault with your first car ? Big end bearing noise is there constantly . Check front suspension anti roll bar bushes / drop links and engine and transmission mounts . But hard to say without hearing noise you refer to .
