Acceleration down, top end down, struggling on hills, started after cold weather

So many possible causes ,without knowing a lot more about the car service wise , mileage etc . hard to say . Could be a worn timing chain / belt ( whatever is fitted ) worn , stretched and jumped throwing the timing out to name one cause .

Only had it 6M, sporadic service history and mileage 98k. The fan comes on straight away and stays on for a while after I stop, also it was after a 400 mile+ drive but completed the return journey a couple days later, issue started day after journey there after a very cold night
