Citroen DS3 internal heater/blower has stopped working

Car: Citroen DS3
Variant: 1.6
Model Year: 2013
Hi, I bought a second-hand DS3 in May and I've had non-stop issues since.
Lately, I've had issues with the screenwash which turned out to be a blown fuse after I stupidly changed the pump first thinking I'd blown it during the freezing temperatures we had.
About the same time as this happened, I noticed that my heaters had stopped working. By this I mean the fans won't turn on at all so I cannot heat the car or clear the windscreen, which is a real issue this time of year, I pretty much cannot drive my car right now. Unfortunately, I'm a broke uni student and cannot afford to take it to the garage right now so I'm just wanting some advice on the issue to see if I can resolve it myself.

Thanks.
