Citroen DS3 brake pedal going to the floor

Brake pedal goes to floor when going slow this does not occur when travelling at speed.,it is only intermittent .

Bit of a strange one , because of that I researched a bit and came across this which I have never heard of before with any other cars

hi just had a new brake master cylinder fitted just the same .the pedal only goes to the floor when going really slow when trying to park or really going slow.
