Citroen DS van still not starting

citroen dispatch 1.6 hdi 2010 van hi after cleaning changing crank sensor and wires and checking all fuses new fuel filter still not starting im thinking fuel pump im i right this is on the timing belt as i dont think theres fuel getting to engine also when the crank plug was wet thought could been spill of diesel on it possibly i will strip and check pipes on it make sure no leaks before i replace just wonderd if im right on location some 1 aslo sai something being in diesel tank if any1 can help would be good thanks again

also some one told me if you turn key you should hear the pump in the diesel take make noise but did that and there was no noise coming from one in tank so could be possibly that 1 in tank also

Dont know about that vehicle / year if it has a pump in tank like petrol vehicles do and which you hear priming when ignition switched on .You check fuses and see if any fuel pump relay fitted .
