satnav not working. radio keeps switching on and off automatically. can not manually switch off radio or remove cd from player,

Could try removing battery terminal for 15 mins and reconnect if all you have tried before fails , may reboot systems .Also LOAD test car battery and check voltage . But many other possible causes with a car of that age , sat nav needing updating , faulty set etc .
