Citroen C5 wiper fault

Passenger wiper has stopped working, it’ll try and go but shudders only. Drivers side is fine, is see this problem has been archived any advice welcome.

If it's not the wiper arm loose on wiper splines and needing tightened . looks like motor or linkage fault
