Citroen C5 after sudden and big brake, engine stops and won't stop.

Car: Citroen C5
Model Year: 2001
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Is it possible, that the because of the sudden brake, the engine stopped getting fuel ?

Can anybody tell me if it's possible to fix it, and how?

There wasn't any accident, just a sudden brake. No collision, nothing, but now, the engine just won't start.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Just for clarity the engine size and fuel type would have helped!
So.guessing it's petrol, check the impact cut of switch,
Other than that, without vital information,it could be anything up to and including a snapped cam belt.
~I/we need that missing information!
