passenger side heater on duel internal heating dtays on hot when set cold and when i switch ignition on sometimes the air con comes on or the air reculation switch comes on also when i switch on the ignition the temp i set on driver side if diff from passenger side then set its self to the same as the drivers side

May be the the motor for the mixer flap not operating or flap sticking .Check same at the side of heater box .
