Hi there last night I have noticed on the dashboard battery charge fault it's first time I don't change since 2021 April battery please let me know what happens

You need to LOAD test both your battery and alternator , simple 5min test that most good accessory shops or the likes of Halfords usually will do while you wait and FOC
