Citroen C4 i can remotely unlock the car from 30 feet away but the door mirrors wont fold out and the car wont start on the button

the car will unlock on the central locking but the mirrors wont fold out and the boot wont open on the power assist but will open manually. once in the car the ignition wont come live the stearing lock stays on and the car wont start on the button after anything up to 30 mins of me locking and un locking the car it jumps in to life and starts. any one have any ideas what this is? when it starts i randomly get a check fog light warning message on the dash but if i turn them on then off this goes away.
