Citroen C4 parking brake fault

Hi, starter motor on it's way out which is draining battery, diagnostic done by garage.
Now after struggling to start packing brake fault has come on along with ESP fault, also no speedo etc.
Any help appreciated.

Usually caused by faulty VSS ( vehicle speed sensor ) Parking brake fault needs checking or scanned for fault codes , many possible causes
