Citroen C4 gear box fault and particular filter addective level too low

Model Year: 2011
My car is 2011 automatic when I starts the engine gave me sign of addictive level too low and ESP sign and gear box fault and saying engine needs to repair but it’s starts and run in 1st gear but it’s won’t change the gear

Additive needs refilling , car needs scanned for codes as too many possible causes , impossible to guess
