Citroen C4 the car lose power as if it goes into a lower gear, then cannot go up a bridge or incline! as if a plug have died

whenever i get to an incline or bridge, the car seems lose power and climbs slowly, if i bring the gear down, the car starts shaking, i have to switch off and back on again

Could be clutch on it's way out or if engine fault , coil pack fault .
