Check with dealership if there are any software updates available on this fault . Other possible cause could possibly be battery condition low.

This sounds very similar to a problem I had with my Citroen C3. The battery was fine doing everything it should do. However I had a look and found a dry leaf lying close to terminals. I brushed it away. Hey Presto the problem seems to have been solved.

Make sure the DAB is not tuned to a BBC station and that will cure the issue.

I've got the same problem with my C4 Picasso, it only seems to turn off when listening to BBC Channels? But why ?
