Citroen C4 can not unlock the car
Variant: 1.6 deisel

immobilizer key or spare key will not open the doors.

It is not unusual for these keys to loose sincronisation with the car. you may need to take the key to Citroen and your chassis number for them to re-sincronise it. Check if you have key insurance before you pay out as you may be covered for this type of event. If you have key cover then it might be better if you have lost the key rather than simply have a faulty one.
