Citroen C3 auto close door mirrors fault

Variant: PICASSO EXCLUSIVE 16 HDi 90hp

Both door mirrors are stuck in closed position. Were fine when I began journey but closed when I looked in the mirror. No probles at all before. They just will not open at all. Lights on bottom come on apprpriately but mirrors stay closed.

Quite often the wiring from the A pillar into door frame gets damaged / broken ( in rubber sheath) worth checking .Or you could try a reset procedure of mirrors
