Citroen C3 sunroof will not open

when pressing the open button i hear a click noise and nothing happens. I have changed the fuse but still not working

C3 sunroof woes.

"JW: have you tried pushing the rotary dial in? It seems to be some sort of master reset, which I discovered by accident a few days ago when cleaning a blocked drain channel.
Just a wild thought. Good luck with the fix.

I pushed the dial in and twisted it and lo and behold it works.
I bet you just saved me a packet at a reputable french car workshop.
