Citroen C3 clicking noise under car

Model Year: 2006
Car will not start this morning. even when keys are out of the car it has a clicking noise constantly under passenger seat area. There is no central locking and the battery is charged? Ideas please

Sounds like a flat battery , what voltage is it showing ? You tried a jump start ?

The battery was fully charged but car was dead. I could hear clicking in the car and it would not lock. I put the battery back on and everything is working again now. So thanks.
It may have been a relay or something sticking. That is the type of noise that in made.

Glad you got it fixed , does sound like a relay .Often disconnecting / reconnecting solves a lot of glitches . Thanks for updating the forum .
