Citroen C2 electric window

The high winds a couple of weeks ago blew my drivers side door open to 90 degrees. Now the electric window will not operate even though I can here the motor working. Is this a simple repair or do I need a garage or specialist?

Check for damaged wiring where it passes through into the door at A frame and at motor .
