Citroen C1 radio not responsive

Car: Citroen C1
Variant: 1L petrol rhythem
Model Year: 2009

my radio is permanently on even with the key out and all the buttons are unresponsive, has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix this?

Try pulling the radio fuse and then refitting
